Ancillary Meetings

Hold An Ancillary Meeting

Meeting space is available at the conference hotel to groups attending the conference and wishing to hold ancillary meetings. This is available to facilitate professional networking and interaction of groups focusing on childhood injury prevention. Meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to CIPPP approval.

Note: As ancillary meetings are not a component of the actual conference, they cannot be scheduled during conference hours. Once ancillary meeting space has been reserved, each group is responsible for the set up, logistics and planning of their own meeting.

To reserve a meeting space for your group, please contact Dana Levin at 619-594-3691. Meeting spaces are limited and fill up quickly. Be sure to reserve early!
