We invite you to exhibit at the conference. This is an excellent opportunity to network with conference attendees, learn about what is available in California, and reach over 300 conference attendees. To exhibit, you must complete an Exhibit Submission Form. All exhibits will be printed in an exhibit directory.
NEW THIS YEAR! We now accept exhibits from both for-profit companies and non-profit agencies/organizations. CIPPP reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of exhibit, which, in its opinion, is not suitable to the conference.
DEADLINE
>All Exhibit Submission Forms must be received by August 27, 2004.
EXHIBIT RATES & PAYMENTS
Government/Non-Profit: $30 (includes 6' table and skirt, two chairs)
For-Profit: $300 (includes 6' table and skirt, two chairs)
Additional items, such as electricity or Internet access, are not included in your exhibit fee and may be purchased for an additional charge. Some additional items and rates are: Electricity: $50/day, Internet Access: $750/day. For other items not listed here, please contact CIPPP.

EXHIBITOR DETAILS
A two and one-half hour block of time on Monday has been set aside specifically for conference participants to view exhibits. This Exhibit Session will feature a reception, raffle and awards. You must be available and at your exhibit during this Exhibit Session on Monday. The exhibit room will also be open and available to conference participants on Tuesday. However, as CIPPP cannot guarantee attendance during this time, exhibitors are not required to be present at their exhibit.

TO SUBMIT YOUR EXHIBIT
Only exhibits submitted in electronic format (in MS Word by e-mail or on CD/disk) will be accepted. To submit your exhibit, complete the Exhibit Submission Form and send it to CIPPP. If emailing, your exhibit fee must be received no later than August 27, 2004. Please send your exhibit fee and Submission Form to:
