Dear Kids’ Plates Grantees

It is now March! You have two more months to complete all of your Kids’ Plates program and marketing activities. The grant period ends May 17, 2002.

If you are having ANY difficulties carrying out the grant requirements, it is crucial that you contact me immediately. We can work through any problems you might be having. Please don’t wait until the end of the grant period to address any issues or concerns. I can be reached at 619-594-5039 or sholland@projects.sdsu.edu.

By now you should have:

• Received, signed, and sent back your Kids’ Plates contract
• Submitted at least one invoice
• Participated in at least one marketing teleconference
• Begun your program and marketing activities
• Completed and returned your evaluation form from the January 15th Kids’ Plates meeting

Remember: If you are planning to submit a budget revision, please do so. (If your total budget lines change by more than 10%, you must submit a revised budget and budget justification for approval). Questions? Call or email me. I am happy to help you through the process.
